Images and drawings

Adding an image#

Three ways:

1. Type /image and pick a file.
2. Paste an image from the clipboard (Ctrl + V).
3. Drop a file onto the editor.

Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, and SVG.

Images are uploaded to your account, so they do not depend on an external link staying alive.

Cover images#

A cover is a different thing: it sits at the very top of the note, above the title. Hover over the space above the title and click Add cover. Drag the cover to reposition it.

The drawing block#

Insert /draw and you can sketch directly inside the note. Useful for diagrams, schematics, or a quick idea.

• Draw with the mouse or a finger.
• Drag the edge of the block to resize it.
• Ctrl + Z undoes the last stroke.
• Select part of a drawing and press Delete to remove it.

Drawings are saved with the note and appear on shared pages too.
